very relaxing and can feel the effect of muscle tension relief, i believe there were times i was asleep. i am glad i asked for the usual relax to medium as i couldn’t handle actual deep tissue message since it’s too uncomfortable. there were times that i can feel the muscle becomes more sore but i think that is the part of the normal massage process. the cup is looks very interesting too!
